About Me

A smiling person with short blonde hair, pink tips, and glasses, wearing a sleeveless denim shirt, standing against a plain white wall.

I currently work in Private Practice as a psychotherapist and as a trainee Art Therapist for the Terrence Higgins Trust. I also work freelance for the NHS Sussex Gender Service as a Reflective Practice Clinician.

Prior to training as a Psychotherapist and commencing my Art Psychotherapy Masters I worked as a youth workshop and art workshop facilitator for non-profits all over the world. I have 10+ years experience working in community non-profit settings, where I saw first hand how powerful art was for peace building in conflict zones and as a tool for healing trauma. I have also worked in Journalism and published articles on the uses of art for peace building.

I strive to make art and therapy more accessible and these community orientated values inspire my work. I am passionate about helping people and giving back. Working with folks to help them find the healing they seek and to empower them with the tools to do this for themselves is what drives me.

I also have my own visual art practice as an exhibited artist.

As a therapist, I am continuously in CPD training, as I believe it is my duty to forever be learning and updating my skills so as to work with diversity, unconscious bias and evolving theories. I am supported by an experienced Clinical Supervisor.
