First Steps

It takes a lot to reach out to a therapist and it can be a nerve wracking experience, I am here to help you along the way. Whatever you need support with, no matter how large or small, is valid.

Feel free to email me with any queries and/or to arrange an initial first session. This first session acts as a trial session, this is a taster session where we will discuss your needs and desires from therapy. After which, we will both have time to reflect on whether we are a good fit to work together. If we decide to work together we will then proceed to weekly sessions.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and are held weekly at the same agreed time and place near St Peter’s Church, London Road in Brighton. Sessions are client led and tailored to your needs.
