First Steps
I know it takes a lot to reach out to a therapist and it can be a nerve wracking experience. I am here to help you along the way. Email me for a free 15 minute non obligation phone consultation where I can answer any questions you might have. You can also email me with queries if that feels more accessible to you.
After speaking we will then meet for an initial first session, this acts as a trial session where we will discuss your needs and goals and see if we are a good fit to work together.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and are held weekly at the same agreed time and place near St Peter’s Church, London Road in Brighton. Sessions are client led and tailored to your needs.
